PracticePro 365 - Payment Import and Allocation Process

Steps:

1. In your email, download and save to desktop the Invoice Payment file
2. Also in your email, open the "Batch Amount" file so that you know the total Invoice Amount Batch
3. Under "Billing/AR" module, go to Accounts Receivable > Batches
4. Click "new"
5. Select batch type as Payments
6. Put in the Batch Amount
7. Click Save
8. Back under Unposted Batches, a new batch number will show
9. In the Invoice Payment File, put the batch number onto all rows, save file
10. In PP365 > Business Management > Settings > Data Management > Imports
11. Select Import Data
12. Choose the file, click Next > click Next
13. Choose "Aiwyn Payments", click Next
14. Click Next
15. Go to the Unposted Batches again
16. Select the batch and click "edit"
17. Click Post Batch, choose the date, click Post Batch
18. Go back to Business Management > Settings > Data Management > Imports
19. Select Import Data
20. Choose the file, click Next > click Next
21. Choose "Aiwyn Payments Application", Click Next, Click Next
22. Payments will be applied and posted
