Customer Assets

Description: This is how to render a customers logos for their Portal.

Logo Requirements

• Logo (Asset) Types
  • Horizontal Logo - (SVG or EPS Format ideal, PNG w/ min height 200 pixels ok)

• •  Square Logomark - (SVG or EPS Format ideal, PNG w/ min height 200 pixels ok)

 

• • Invoice PDF - must be PDF to keep resolution high

Converting Logos

• After receiving the assets from the firm, download the assets and load them into the Customer Assets table in Notion.
  • Currently, we ping Stephanie Piccoli (@stephanie piccoli) in Notion when the assets are ready
  • Provide the go-live date in the table and mention a time frame you desire the assets by
  • Generally they get created pretty quickly
• Fields to complete:
  • Original Invoice: upload invoice
  • Original Logo: upload logo
  • Original Logomark (square logo: upload logo
  • Client Key Instructions: typically "Client # + any Invoice Number (two fields) "
  • Go-live Date: input go-live date, even if tentative
  • Asset Status:
    • No need to change, but make sure it is marked Completed once the assets are remitted
    • Product should handle these status changes in general

Downloading then Uploading Converted Assets

• Create folder in GCS Assets for FIRM in an-prd-assets-logos
• Download converted assets from Customer Assets in Notion

Please note, you must download the specific assets listed below and then rename them with the specific respective names. Why? Our system is looking for the logos and invoice images to be named very specifically so it knows where to populate the different logos and images you are uploading.

    • Name it "email-header-logo"
  • Square Logo PNG:
    • Download "Logomark PNG"
    • Name it "main-logo"
  • Square Logo SVG:
    • Download "Logomark PNG"
    • Name it "main-logo"
  • PDF Image PNG
    • Download "Invoice PNG"
    • Name it "stock-nextgen-pdf"
  • PDF Image SVG
    • Download "Invoice SVG"
      • Name it "stock-nextgen-pdf"
• Upload assets into GCS Assets

If you need to add a Client Key Image to show on the Client Key Page, add it to the same logo asset folder titled "client-key-image"
